Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Wallhack is an experimental non-line-of-sight sensing app. It is designed to be
private by default: it has no user accounts, collects no personal data, has no
analytics or tracking, and uses no cloud storage.
What Wallhack accesses
- Camera / ARKit. The app uses the camera through ARKit to map the visible
relay wall and guide sensor calibration. Camera frames are processed on your device
in real time and are not recorded, stored, or transmitted by the app.
- Local network. The app connects to a “Wallhack sensing service” that
you run on your own Mac or Raspberry Pi on your local network. It communicates
only with the address you enter. It does not contact any Wallhack-operated server.
- On-device settings. The host, port, and pairing token you enter are stored
locally on your device so you don't have to re-enter them. They are not sent anywhere
except to the service you specify.
What Wallhack does not do
- No accounts, sign-in, or user profiles.
- No advertising, analytics, crash-tracking SDKs, or third-party trackers.
- No cloud accounts or off-device storage of your data.
- No collection of contacts, location, photos, or identifiers for tracking.
Data you record
Measurement recordings and calibration data are created and stored by the sensing
service on the machine you run it on, under your control. The app can display and replay
them over your local network. Wallhack neither uploads nor retains copies of this data.
The optional cloud demo
This website hosts a live demo that runs the tracking pipeline in simulation mode
(synthetic data, no hardware) and streams it to your browser. The demo does not use your
camera, location, or any personal data, and nothing you do on the page is stored.
Children
Wallhack is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
